    QuantiTech is excited to be expanding our Subcontracts Team. We are currently seeking a highly motivated Subcontract Administrator who is a team-player and ready to join our amazing group. Candidate must be a quick learner, have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks in an effective manner. Successful candidate must be able to negotiate and administer all assigned subcontracting activities to include: CPFF, T&M and FFP based on the DCMA CPSR guidelines and internal procedures.  This position is located in Huntsville, AL.


    Duties will include, but are not limited to:

    • Negotiate and execute Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and Teaming Agreements (TAs)
    • Develop subcontract solicitation packages per PM and contract requirements
    • Evaluate subcontractor proposals
    • Write, negotiate and administer subcontract agreements
    • Review and process subcontract modifications
    • Maintain compliant file documentation per contractual and DCMA Purchasing System guidelines
    • Apply working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FARs) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFARS)
    • Assist with export/import related activities (licenses, Technical Assistance Agreements (TAAs), exemptions, exceptions, commodity classifications, etc.
    • Prepare subcontract closeout documents
    • Build and maintain professional repour with subcontractors
    • Proactively communicate with Program Managers, Project Control and Subcontractors to ensure constant compliance and successful execution of subcontracts
    • Support proposal activities, as necessary.


    Minimum Requirements: 

    • BS/BA degree in Business and/or Contracts related discipline is required
    • Minimum of 3 years Federal Government subcontract/procurement and/or contract administration experience.
    • Deltek Costpoint experience required
    • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, SharePoint, etc.)
    • Understanding of DCMA Contractor Purchasing System Review (CPSR) requirements
    • Acute attention to detail and ability to maintain organized file structure
    • Ability to prioritize and multi-task with complex requirements
    • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
    • Ability to work autonomously
    • Motivated self-starter
